ProtoFax 3.1 Year 2000 Readiness Disclosure 
    

ProtoFax v.3.1 records the date as reported to it by the operating system, prints the date on outgoing faxes, and logs the date using ASCII characters in MM/DD/YY format.  ProtoFax v3.1 does not perform date calculations. ProtoFax v3.1 should not produce errors in connection with the year change from December 31, 1999 to January 1, 2000 provided that the operating system and all other products (e.g., other software, firmware and hardware) used 
with it properly generate and exchange date data with ProtoFax v3.1.
